Staying With The Positive

This morning I read where two men were hired to catch counterfeit bills.  One decided in order to do this well, he would study all the good counterfeiters and how they work so he would know.  The other man chose to study genuine bills so completely, that any error would be so obvious and apparent.  Then I went on to think about myself and others and realize that if I focused on our true being, not our act but our authentic selves, Love would come so much easier. We have always heard that where our focus is, there will be expansion, so why not stay with the positive!

“In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.”  Ephesians 6:16   Rather than the evil one being subtle, it will become blatantly obvious and I will be equipped to see that and refute and replace with the Truth.

Prayer for Health

II Timothy 1:7 states , “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”  Praying with this verse gives us authority to declare that God has given us “a sound mind”, perfect health and eternal life.  This prayer gives us confidence to know that God is governing and supplying our every human need.

By knowing this, we can refute all negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones.  These thoughts can keep one healthy!

Releasing Old Baggage

Today, it is time to release our desire to cherish old hurts, unhappiness or grief and replace them with our true identity, which is the reflection of God made in His image and likeness.  We need not rehearse nor entertain old slights but replace them with loving thoughts!  The more we reject negativity, the more positive our life becomes!

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Romans 8:38-39

This is celebrating Thanksgiving and can be done year long!
