After Saul became Paul

Saul had been a persecutor of the Christians when he heard the voice of the Christ while on the road and was blinded by the Truth for three days.  That story has always intrigued me and as I study, the first thing that comes to mind  is that Paul goes on to follow the Christ and do wonderful things.  Without a doubt, he could have done none of those had he brought along all that baggage from the past.  Surely, he learned from it but he could have never been obsessed with it.

The same is true of David.  To me that is so reassuring as I pray to do better daily.  Philippians 4:6 states “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.  Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done.”  Actually, He even knows our every need before we tell Him and Divine Love fills every human need as we become receptive to all the Good already in our life.

Today, I will thank Him for all that He has done.
