Noah and The Flood

While reading the story of Noah and the ark in Genesis, there was a couple of points that really stood out to me.  Genesis 5:16 states “You shall make a window for the ark, and finish it to a cubit from the top; and set the door of the ark in the side of it; you shall make it with lower, second, and third decks.”  This means to me that Noah could look up not out over the devastation and destruction.  Shouldn’t we look toward God as well? Keep our focus on God and not, the negative.   Also, he followed every instruction and there is no where that any type of steering device was mentioned.  Doesn’t that mean that God has the wheel?  That is applicable today.  God has the wheel!

Today I will practice listening and not deciding what is best for me.
